Heart-Centered Healing is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that promotes deep relaxation, emotional balance, and physical well-being. This healing technique channels universal life force energy to support your body’s natural ability to heal. During your session, you’ll lie fully clothed in a peaceful setting while the practitioner gently places their hands on or above your body. - Reduce stress and anxiety - Support emotional release and clarity - Ease physical discomfort and tension - Restore energetic balance and flow Each session is intuitively guided and tailored to your needs. Whether you're navigating a life transition, seeking emotional support, or simply craving deep rest, Heart-Centered Healing offers a safe and nurturing space to reconnect with yourself. Sessions typically last 30 -45 minutes and may include calming music, or crystals, to enhance your experience. No prior experience is needed, just come as you are. For an extra $20, you can add the BioMat/BioAcoustic Mat to enhance your experience
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please try to give at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps us hold space for others who may be waiting.
